How can I tell which holiday homes are still available?

Looking for a holiday home during a holiday period is done in four steps as follows: Step 1: Click the desired destination or theme on the homepage. Step 2: Specify the number of people, the month and the desired length of your stay. Step 3: Click "Show availability" and the search result will appear on your screen. Step 4: Click a price to go to the house description. You can book our holiday homes online by clicking "I would like to rent this house".

What happens after I have made a final reservation?

After you have made a booking by phone or via our website, you will directly receive an e-mail and by normal mail a rental contract in two versions. One version is for yourself and the other you would have to send back to Euro Relais with your signature. The first term is to be paid within 7 days after booking. As soon as we have receive your full payment, you will receive the voucher by mail.

When I make a booking through the internet, can I be sure the booking is final?

When you have made a booking through our website and receive a rental contract number afterwards, you can be sure that you have made a final reservation. As soon as you have made a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail directly.

How can I make a booking?

Click on "I would like to rent rent this house". Booking the holiday home of your choice happens in 3 steps. Step 1: Fill in your personal details. Check the box when you would like to take out a cancellation insurance and click on 'Continue'. Step 2: Check your booking details. Choose the method of payment in neccesary. Click on "Definate booking confirmation". Step 3: On the screen appears a booking confirmation, including the booking number and client number.

Will I receive the details of my booking at home?

As soon as you have made a booking by phone or via our website, you will directly receive an e-mail and by normal mail a rental contract in two versions. One version is for yourself and the other you would have to send back to Euro Relais with your signature within 3 days.

What details will I find on the rental contract and voucher?

In these documents you will find all the booking details, the rental contract number, name of the holiday home, arrival and departure times, rental price and local additional costs. On the voucher will be mentioned the address details and route description of the holiday home.

How can I pay?

For inhabitants of The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: After making a definate booking, you will receive the rental contract by e-mail and post. Here you can find the concerning way of payment, mostly by acceptgiro. Inhabitants of other countries can only pay by credit card. When the stay starts more than 6 weeks after the date of booking, you can pay in two terms. The first term will be deducted from you credit card directly after completing the payment screen. One week before the second term, you will receive an e-mail to remember you of the second payment. There will be a link in the e-mail to lead you to the credit card payment page to complete the second payment.

Will there be somebody present when I arrive and leave the holiday home?

On your voucher is mentioned where you can pick up the key. You can pick it up at the holiday home itself, or in some cases at the owner/ caretaker's. You will receive the address of the holiday home, and in some cases the address of the home owner or caretaker. For your departure applies the same.

What do I do when I have complaints or problems when I'm at the holiday home?

We do everything to make sure you have a pleasant and unforgettable stay. In case something may be unsatisfactory at the holiday home, please contact the caretaker first. Shouldn't you be able to find a solution with the caretaker, contact our Sales department. Outside office hours you can call us on the S.O.S. service (mentioned on your voucher), this phonenumber is available 24 hours a day. In case you complaint hasn't been solved satisfactory, you can send a letter of complaints to our client service. Your letter will be handled as soon as possible.

How much will it cost when I cancell my booking?

The height of the cancellation costs depends on the date you cancel. A. When cancelling up to the 42nd day before commencement of the first residing day: 30% of the rent amount. B. When cancelling from the 42nd day to the 28th day before commencement of the first residing day: 60% of the rent amount. C. When cancelling from the 28th day to the first residing day: 90% of the rent. D. When cancelling on the first residing day or later; the full rent amount. When you take out a cancellationinsurance with your Euro Relais booking and cancell the booking with a valid reason, the reimbursement estimated over the nett rental fee.
